All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Shipping & Ordering
Orders may be placed online 24-hours a day via email or by calling our toll free (866) 906 2568 between 9am - 6pm EST or by sending an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Please do not include your credit card information in any email. A My Decor Elements representative will contact you via phone during our regular business hours for processing.

My Décor Elements offers $20 flat rate shipping on all orders under $50 shipping to the 48 contiguous states.

All orders over $150 enjoy FREE SHIPPING throughout the 48 contiguous states. Orders ship via FedEx with tracking information available.

Please note, tracking information is not always available for P.O. Box deliveries. If you have an FPO address, please contact us in advance of making purchases to confirm the item(s) you are interested in can be shipped to your address via USPS.

Customers are responsible for letting My Décor Elements know by phone or email within 24 hours of receiving a freight shipment if the item(s) are damaged or otherwise not intact.

Please open all crates/packaging as soon as possible. If the shipment appears damaged, please reject it upon arrival.

Orders begin processing upon approval and verification of credit card or PayPal information, but not before an item ships.

My Décor Elements will not charge your credit card until the item is ready to ship.

In case an item is "out of stock" My Décor Elements will notify the customer via email of possible delays on their order.

If delays are unsatisfactory for the customer, the order can be cancel without problems.

My Décor Elements will make every attempt possible to notify our customers by either email or phone about their tracking information and time of arrival of their purchase.

Returns
If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase on My Décor Elements, we will gladly accept a return, just please follow the following steps.
The process to return the item(s) should be as follow:

• Contact us within 10 days of receiving the item
• A Return Authorization number will be provided
• Please make sure the items is well packaged and ready for pick up
• Our carrier will arrive and pick up the item and deliver it to our warehouse
• We will then inspect the rug and a full refund will be applied to your credit card once inspection has determined there is not damage on the rug
• If replacement is required we will go ahead and replace the rug

NOTE 1: With high ticket items such as Hand-knotted rugs, depending on the state of the rug you may be subject to a 35% re-stocking fee. Hand-knotted rugs are carefully crafted - a 6 month period which depends deeply on the refinement of the rug, therefore, once a hand-knotted rug is damage we are losing a piece of art.

NOTE 2: Orders returned without RA # or 14 days after successfully receiving the item are not qualified for a return.

IMPORTANT: Return of the rug must be made 10 days after the request has been made, this means that once you called us for the return and our carrier has made considerable efforts to pick up the rug(s) and no return has been made, then we reserve the right (in rare cases) to deny the pickup. Please, keep in mind that we will do our best in making sure you experience with us is memorable and we will work with you.

If the rug has been damage during the shipping process please contact us immediately, doing so facilitates our prompt response to replace an item.
