It is very easy to check what you status is, you can email, call or check through your order by login into our site and check status. However, we usually provide tracking number via email on every item shipped
How can I change the shipping method after my order has been placed?

Although we are very efficient on the way we process orders, it doesn't hurt to check; there must be instances where we can make a change, but we don't make promises.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with an item purchased on My Decor Elements, we are happy to process a return. The only exceptions to this return policy are wallpaper orders and special orders. Due variations in dye lots, we are unable to accept wallpaper returns. Special Orders are defined as orders that are made directly through a customer service representative and the receipt for which clearly state returns are not allowed.

ALL OTHER RETURNS: Depending on the item, the supplier and the method of shipment, some items may be subject to re-stocking fees. It is typical that restocking fees are charged at a rate of 15%. Orders under $150 that initially paid a $20 flat rate on shipping are not subject to shipping charges being assessed.

Before making a return, you must contact us for specific return instructions. If items are being returned due to defect or breakage, My Decor Elements will comp the cost of shipping. If items are returned for any other reason, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping the item back to My Decor Elements or one of our affiliates.

Items must be post-marked within 14 days of the initial delivery date. Items must be unused and unassembled, in their original condition, packaging, and complete with all instructions and inserts. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be issued.
